  • 邹欣庆，男，博彩论坛 教授，博士生导师，博彩论坛 海洋科学研究院副院长，中国南海研究协同创新中心资源环境与海疆权益平台平台长,博彩论坛 海岸与海岛开发教育部重点实验室副主任。曾兼任中国第四纪学会海岸海洋专业委员会主任委员，中国地理学会海洋地理专业委员会主任委员；国际环境与发展博彩论坛 中国理事；世界自然基金会战略指导组成员；世界自然基金会中国项目总监；加拿大滑铁卢大学环境博彩论坛 兼职教授等职。发表相关学术期刊论文200余篇，其中SCI论文100余篇，合编、参编专著十余部，获省部级一等奖两项，二等奖两项。
